KJ is a partner of Blockchain i, a premier blockchain startup accelerator in Korea. He is also a co-founder and managing partner of Kstartup, a leading startup accelerator in Korea. Kstartup invested in and accelerated 50 startups since 2013, and Korbit, the leading crypto exchange, is one of its major portfolio startups. Kstartup has been in partnership with Google for Entrepreneurs, SK Planet, Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs, Hyundai HCN, and Hyundai Media. KJ serves as the chairman of the Accelerator Leaders Forum, which consists of the major startup accelerators in Korea. He is also a tenured computer science professor at Ajou University in Korea and has 25 years of R&D experiences on database systems, distributed systems, social applications, and mobile services.
